These Terms of Service govern your use of the LEVN CRAFT website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account Terms

To make purchases, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the accepted payment methods provided at checkout. Orders are processed only upon successful verification of payment.

Product Descriptions

We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions and imagery. However, because our items are crafted from natural leather, slight variations in texture, color, and grain are normal and not considered defects. We do not warrant that product descriptions are entirely error-free.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in pricing/product information. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. Refund processing time depends on the payment method used.
